Roller Shade Mount Options:

Inside Mount: For inside mount, the frame depth must be at least 2 inches. To facilitate installation, the shade width should typically be at least 0.4 inches smaller than the window width. When placing your order, provide the exact window inside width and height, and we will reduce the order width by 0.4 inches, ensuring the final shade is 0.4 inches less than your specified width. If your window frame depth is less than 2 inches, an outside mount can be considered.

Outside Mount: For better coverage, if there is sufficient space, the shade width should be 3 to 6 inches wider than the window outside width, and the shade height should be 5 to 10 inches taller than the window outside height. When placing your order, specify the final desired shade width and height, and we will make no deductions.

The necessary hardware is included in the package, suitable for both inside and outside mounts.

Inside Mount Measurement: 1. Measure the inside frame width at the top, middle, and bottom, and record the smallest of the three measurements. Use this as the width when ordering. 2. Measure the height at the left, middle, and right sides, and record the smallest of the three measurements. Use this as the height when ordering.

Outside Mount Measurement: 1. Measure the outside frame width and add 6 to 10 inches to determine the outside mount width. 2. Measure the outside frame height and add 5 to 10 inches to determine the outside mount height.

The recommended overlaps allow for appropriate coverage and prevent light gaps.

Choose these dimensions when placing your order, as the size you order will be the final shade size, and no deductions will be made.
